Yes, you can change your password by simply Login to your account, and select ‘Change Password’ on your tuttitutto.id dashboard. It is that simple.
What should I do if I forgot my password?You can go to the ‘Login’ page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ and it will direct you to enter your email address. Fill the email address then we will send the password to that email address.
Is there Cash on Delivery (COD) ?No. We will ship your order after full payment has been made.
Do I have to send confirmation of payment?No. You don't have to confirm the payment. The system will do it automatically.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?Yes, you will receive an Order Confirmation to your email.
How do I know which is the right size?We have provided you with Size Guide chart as a guidance for the correct size.
What if the item received does not match my order?If this happens, you can contact our Shopping Assistant to arrange for an exchange. You may return and exchange the item. Please refer to ‘Returns & Exchanges’ menu. Please note that this only applies to items that is wrongly sent. You can not exchange with other style or color.
